Paul Ruddle
Paul spent 19 years in investment banking and until 2006 he was a Managing Director in Equities at UBS Investment Bank. He has worked and advised on investments in a wide variety of industry sectors and his analytical excellence was reflected in independent surveys in which he was consistently ranked among the top analysts in his field.
In 2006, Paul became a founding partner of PMM Partners, a real estate investment and advisory business. He is a Director of Phoenix Spree Deutschland, a German property fund listed on the Channel Islands stock exchange. He is a Managing Limited Partner of Phoenix Spree Property Fund and also Managing Director of St Clemens Höfe GmbH, an investment company specialising in historic buildings in Berlin.
Paul has experience of international property investment in Ireland, Germany, Italy and Eastern Europe. He has acted as advisor on approximately 100 German property transactions worth in excess of €150m. Using a panel of lenders, he has initiated and negotiated all the borrowing requirements for property transactions worth in excess of €200m. Paul has a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of York.
